Ryan Crosby
Co-Founder & Principal
Ryan Crosby blends engineering precision with a passion for community. After working in medical devices and autonomous vehicles across the U.S. and abroad, he returned home to join Crosby Development, his family's multi-generational real estate company.
Today, Ryan focuses on property and asset management, helping shape landmark projects while staying rooted in what he values most—building lasting places and connections.
